The team

Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Lead the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution.
- Product Growth: Drive product revenue, adoption, customer value, and growth in a B2B environment.
- SaaS Product Management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of SaaS products from ideation to launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- AI & Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends and identify opportunities to create business value.
- Rapid Prototyping: Quickly prototype and validate AI and product ideas based on customer and business needs.
- Market Research: Conduct market research, customer research, competitive benchmarking, and industry analysis.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use product analytics, customer insights, and business data to drive product decisions.
- Product Requirements: Translate product strategy and customer insights into clear and actionable PRDs.
- Prioritization: Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, business value, market opportunity, and feasibility.
- Product Execution: Drive product delivery and execution in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Support, Marketing, Business, and other teams.
- Product Architecture: Understand platform architecture, scalability, performance, reliability, and cost considerations.
- Product Lifecycle: Own the ongoing product lifecycle, including enhancements, adoption, optimization, and performance.
- Go-to-Market: Partner with Sales and Marketing to drive product launches, positioning, adoption, and GTM strategies.
- Customer Focus: Understand customer needs and translate feedback into product improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Clearly communicate product vision, strategy, roadmap, benefits, and priorities across organizational levels.
- Business Alignment: Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, commercial objectives, and business priorities.
Required Skills
- 9–12 years of overall professional experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing SaaS products.
- Proven experience growing product revenue in a B2B environment.
- Strong experience in product strategy, roadmap, and product lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and trends.
- Ability to prototype and validate AI-driven product ideas.
- Strong market research and competitive analysis skills.
- Data-driven approach to product strategy and decision-making.
- Experience creating PRDs and translating customer needs into product requirements.
- Strong prioritization and execution skills.
- Understanding of SaaS and platform architecture, scalability, performance, and cost considerations.
- Experience working with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Business teams.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of product launches, customer adoption, and GTM strategies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple organizational levels.
