Senior Product Manager, Business Lending Product

Our Product Management team drives innovation, quality and efficiency in our growing business bank, aiming to become Australia's fifth largest by leveraging digitisation and technology, and creating scalable efficiencies across the business. You will contribute to our Business Lending strategy and work in a collaborative, fast paced environment where we are empowered to make decisions that result in the best business banking experience for our clients and staff.
What role will you play?
As a senior member of the Business Lending Product team, you will play a pivotal role in the ongoing management of the Business Lending product suite, with a specific focus on the corporate and institutional segment. Your responsibilities will include the day-to-day product operations, risk and remediation, product feature uplift to product collateral and digital transformation initiatives. The role will require you to coordinate stakeholders across distribution, treasury, credit risk, legal, non-financial risk and technology. You will identify opportunities for improvement and use data and insights to inform prioritisation decisions.What you offer

- Experience in the corporate banking landscape and product management is highly regarded
