What is the opportunity?

RBC AI Group is rethinking how we attract, engage, develop world-class AI talent.

We are seeking Director of Employee Experience to design and deliver differentiated employee experiences that position RBC AI Group as an employer of choice for world-class AI talent.

In this role, you will define the employee experience strategy across key moments that matter—from pre-boarding and onboarding through leadership development and career growth. You will leverage employee insights to continuously improve experiences while partnering closely with HR, AI Group leaders, Communications, Learning, Technology & Operations (T&O), and COO teams to deliver scalable, high-impact programs.

This role combines strategy, experience design, and operational excellence to create experiences that enable employees to become productive faster, strengthen engagement, and build a connected AI community.

What You Will Do

Design Differentiated Employee Experiences.

Lead AI Group Onboarding

Develop and Delivery Leadership and Career experiences

Manage Shared Talent Programs w/ T&O

Partner with Technology & Operations to adapt and deliver enterprise programs for AI Group employees, including:

Use Data to Continuously Improve

Build Strong Partnerships
