Job Description Summary

Raymond James is seeking a detail-oriented Mutual Fund Reconciliation Support Associate to support the daily reconciliation and balancing of mutual fund positions, cash activity, and related transactions. This role is responsible for researching and resolving reconciliation discrepancies between omnibus vendors, fund companies, transfer agents, and the firm's books and records while ensuring compliance with established operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills, a willingness to learn mutual fund operations and reconciliation processes, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Description

This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In-office days will be 3-days per week at our St. Petersburg, FL or Southfield, MI corporate office.
