IT STARTS HERE

Santander (www.santander.com) is evolving from a global, high-impact brand into a technology-driven organisation, and our people are at the heart of this journey. Together, we are driving a customer-centric transformation that values bold thinking, innovation, and the courage to challenge what’s possible.

This is more than a strategic shift. It’s a chance for driven professionals to grow, learn, and make a real difference.

Our mission is to contribute to help more people and businesses prosper. We embrace a robust risk culture and all our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.

CFO Division at Santander UK does a lot more than balance the books. We are a core strategic engine, managing the financial health of one of the UK's largest banks. We are strategists, storytellers, and tech-savvy problem-solvers. We guide big decisions, steer smart investments, and manage risk.

The world of finance is changing fast – new tech, new competitors, evolving customer needs – and we’re right there, helping shape what comes next. We dive into data, stay ahead of regulation, influence how products are built, and make sure Santander UK’s financial health stays fighting fit and evolves to be even more efficient.

You’ll be right in the thick of it. Bringing insights that shape where we put our resources, how we manage risk, and how we deliver value for millions of customers and our shareholders.

THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE

We’re shaping the way we work through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration and the freedom to explore new ideas. To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for:
