About Lab Delivery Excellence
The Lab Delivery Excellence (LDX) team, a specialized sub-team within the Deloitte Greenhouse, works with role-based programs to support the planning, development, operations, and execution of C-Suite Transition and Accelerator Labs. On behalf of LDX leadership, the Associate will provide production support, logistics coordination, and event execution support for various C-Suite program Labs, while also contributing to innovation, process improvement, and leading practices that help deliver consistent,
high-quality client experience.
LDX plays an integral role in supporting Deloitte’s client engagement team leaders and strengthening PPMDs (Partners, Principals, and Managing Directors) relationships by helping key client leaders, their teams, and organizations address their most pressing challenges.
About the Role
As an Associate, you will provide support to role-based programs within Deloitte Greenhouse under Client, Strategy, and Growth, serving as a critical member of the delivery team for multiple Labs and working closely with Lab Producers, Lab Project Managers, and key internal stakeholders in the US.
You will support the Lab Delivery team in the planning, execution, and operational activities of C-Suite Transition Labs and Transition Accelerators.
Pre- and Post-Lab Deliverables
- Develop confidential C-Suite pre- and post-Lab deliverables using MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Word, digital inputs, and various internal and external search tools and databases, including reviewing digital images and supporting the development of high-quality final deliverables.
- Perform secondary research to prepare research packages, executive profiles, and company profiles.
- Identify and track content across Deloitte internal resources and external sources to support Lab delivery and related deliverables.
- Execute standard and ad hoc data analysis, research, and leadership reporting projects, such as addressable market analysis and quarterly dashboards.
Lab Delivery and Logistics
- Provide operational support throughout the Lab delivery process, including notetaking for scoping calls, setting up MS Teams sites, and coordinating logistics.
- Coordinate with designated professionals to ensure all Lab logistics are planned and executed effectively.
- Manage project team spreadsheets and PowerPoint files used to track Lab delivery progress.
Salesforce and Database Management
- Utilize Salesforce, SharePoint, Survey tools, and other firm resources to provide operational support.
- Manage file uploads and repository tasks associated with SharePoint.
Stakeholder Coordination and Communication
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with Lab Producers and internal teams across the US to support various C-Suite program Labs.
- Provide clear and timely follow-up on work items and maintain strong stakeholder communication.
Quality, Client Focus, and Collaboration
- Be client- and quality-centric, with strong attention to detail and tailoring outputs to each client’s needs.
- Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating professionalism and adaptability.
- Collaborate effectively with team members by sharing best practices and knowledge to achieve common team goals.
- Coordinate with resources across multiple countries and cultures, where needed.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all applicable Deloitte US Firm policies, especially when managing highly confidential client information.
Tools, Testing, and Innovation
- Support testing of new tools and technologies in collaboration with the Technology team.
- Leverage digital tools and databases to improve efficiency and support continuous process improvement.
Required skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Salesforce, MS-Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in secondary research, including sourcing executive bios from LinkedIn and company websites.
- Strong editing, proofreading, and quality review skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects accurately and on time.
- Clear stakeholder communication and follow-up discipline.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and detail-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a client-first mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Event or lab management experience is a plus.
- Experience with data analysis, dashboards, or reporting is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with US or global clients and stakeholders.
- Comfort working in a consultative, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with digital tools, surveys, and operational support processes.
Professional qualifications, work location, and timing
- Academic qualification: MBA or equivalent
- 1-3 years of relevant experience
- Location: Hyderabad
- Work Timings: 2:00 pm-11:00 pm IST
- Work format: Hybrid (between work from office & home)
