Team/Role Overview
The Loan Operations Team provide operational support for multiple Clients and business sectors across the UK/E/MEA region providing Loan Administration services for both syndicated and bilateral deals originated and captured within the region.
The mission is to provide a high quality and consistent level of service to all entities throughout the life cycle of the loan.
What you’ll do
Investigate and resolve cash exceptions and payable/receivable items
Escalate control gaps and issues to senior management
Build relationships throughout the business to establish a peer network.
Resolve complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of loan procedures and industry standards.
Seek to improve operational procedures and controls within the group. Identify weakness, articulate these, and suggest solutions.
Support an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control) /services
Follow established procedures to identify and resolve problems related to loan documentation/processing activities that require investigation or research and makes recommendations to management to support process improvement
What we’ll need from you
Advanced English Language skills both, written and spoken
2 years of relevant professional experience
Basic understanding of Loan Processes, Procedures, Products and Services
Knowledge and/or previous experience with Loan IQ will be an advantage
Adequate ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
The jobholder will need to be flexible and able to deal with the ongoing changing needs of the Business in a positive way
Analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple projects, thereby defining problems and developing solutions
