Manager, Field Marketing Hennessy - Nor Cal

This role requires frequent driving to support account visits, transport POSM, and meet essential business needs. Driving is an essential function of the position. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Eligibility for a company vehicle is subject to a satisfactory driving record and completion of the Company’s approval process.
Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience required
Professional Experience
- 5-7+ years in wines and spirits, consumer packaged goods, or retail industries
- Strong business or marketing experience, preferably in the wines & spirits industry. Established skills in all or some of the following: commercial execution, field marketing, planning, communications and influencing skills.

- Strong thought leadership and collaboration
- Deep knowledge of MHUSA portfolio, brand guidelines, & customer/consumer expectations
- Highly refined organizational skills and experience managing a substantial number of projects and details
- Ability to create partnerships with customers, distributor, and internal stakeholders
- Plans and prioritizes work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals
- Applies knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organization's goals; monitors business news and market changes for impact on the business or on own expertise area; uses this to shape decisions
- This role requires strong cultural fluency and the ability to build programs that resonate across diverse communities for Hennessy. An ideal candidate can engage authentically, build trust, and translate local insights into relevant programming.
- Understanding of the on-premise landscape and the ability to work closely with on-premise teams to build relevance and advocacy for Hennessy.
