Information Security GRC Specialist (f/m/d)
Risk & Compliance
Join us in strengthening secure and resilient energy operations across Axpo. In this collaborative role, you will help shape governance, risk, and compliance activities while working with diverse teams across international locations.
What you will do:
Support and coordinate information security governance initiatives across the Group
Maintain and improve cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and related documentation
Coordinate compliance activities, audits, evidence collection, and follow-up actions
Track information security risks, remediation plans, and governance activities through structured reporting
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management updates for stakeholders
Collaborate with IT, security, legal, audit, and business teams to strengthen security governance practices
What you bring & who you are:
Experience in governance, compliance, risk management, audit, information security, or project coordination
Good understanding of cybersecurity principles and governance frameworks such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or NIS2
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics and follow through on actions
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and structured documentation; ideally with exposure to GRC tools or collaboration platforms
Analytical, reliable, and solution-oriented working style with a collaborative mindset
Ideally, certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001, Security+, COBIT Foundation, or similar

Working Hours
We offer flexible working hours to accommodate your work schedule. We can work part of our time remotely and the rest at our offices in Madrid, Torre Europa.
