Ce responsabilitati vei avea in acest rol:
As Corporate Banking Branch Manager you:
-manage Branch resources and are responsible for selling corporate banking/leasing products
-are responsible for the achievement of overall branch targets (defined sales targets) by generating new business and cross-product sales
-ensure that business objectives are understood by your team members/employees
-grant lines of credit and the related conditions within competence
-monitor progress versus objectives and the respective branch operations reports
-ensure compliance with bank rules, regulations and procedures.
Pentru a ocupa acest rol ai nevoie de:
- Be able to use front-office applications during sales and post-sales moments with enterprises (e.g. mortgages disbursement..)
- Be able to assess corporate customer's credit worthiness and credit risk based on internal credit guidelines to determine the most suitable credit product and conditions
- Knowledge of cash management products to provide proper solutions for enterprises
- Knowledge of different current accounts, debit cards and credit cards to offer proper solutions to customer needs
- Knowledge of factoring and leasing products to offer proper solutions for individuals and enterprises
- Knowledge of structured finance products to propose customized solutions for enterprises
- Knowledge of lending products, such as mortgages, to identify appropiate solutions for enterprises
- Knowledge of non-life insurance products to offer appropiate solutions for corporates
- Knowledge of trade finance products and solutions, such as promissory notes or bills of exchange to identify appropriate solutions that minimize trade risks for enterprises
- Be able to translate vision and strategic guidelines in quantitative estimates. Be able to identify short-medium term initiatives for reaching targets
- Be able to: - identify KPIs to measure the performance of an initiative / plan - monitor the identified KPIs - identify specific actions to address potential gaps
- Be able to analyze consolidated financial statements, e.g. evaluating main/critical items, trends, ratios, overall financial performance and position
- Be able to analyze stand-alone financial statements, e.g. evaluating main/critical items, trends, ratios, overall financial performance and position
- Be able to use tools that manage interactions with customers such as technical support, customer services, after-sales support and direct communication
- Be able to identify the fair price for a specific product/solution to be sold to a specific customer and be able to finalize the sale with the proposed price by interacting and negotiating with the client
- Be able to manage directly a portfolio of clients, including monitoring and detecting/flagging changes, by periodically interacting with them
- Be able to manage communication with customers to ensure a consistent and satisfactory customer experience, be able to understand their potential needs or problems and to find the best fitting solution
- Be able to sell products to the clients "face to face"
- Be able to plan in the short-medium term and execute activities aiming to acquire new customers, by identifying commercial attraction vehicles
- Be able to. - monitor clients' portfolio - identify and track overdraft, past due, potential other issues and communicate it to the "owner" of the customer relationship (e.g. corporate advisor)
- Knowledge of overall value proposition/product catalogue of the bank in order to suggest to the customers the right product (or bundling of products) for them, by analyzing their financial situation at 36°
- Be able to achieve and maximize a result by proactively collaborating with the people involved in the activity, through listening, discussion, conflict management and proactive communication
- Be able to produce thoughts using logic and reasoning in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems
- Knowledge of specific Bank Regulations to act properly, identify possible deviations and corrective measures. Furthermore, for Control Functions it includes knowledge of the regulatory framework for the regulation in scope/of competence, to provide regulatory advice and /or monitor and track second level controls and /or support risk assessment activities
