CS&G Digital - Associate, Analytics and Insights
Drive data storytelling and business decision-making through compelling, production-ready dashboards and analytics solutions. This role supports stakeholder needs by translating business questions into scalable visualizations, data models, and reporting experiences using leading business intelligence tools. The Associate, Analytics and Insights will work across design, storytelling, and engineering to build clear, accurate, and impactful data experiences.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Analytics and Insights on the CS&G Digital team, you will be responsible for…
- Develop, design, and maintain Tableau and Power BI dashboards to support business decision-making
- Gather stakeholder requirements and translate them into dashboard, reporting, and visualization solutions
- Integrate dashboards with multiple data sources and support data accuracy, consistency, and usability
- Optimize reporting solutions for performance, flexibility, standardization, and end-user adoption
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and production support for dashboard and analytics solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build production-ready analytics products and identify automation opportunities
The team
U.S. India, Clients, Strategy & Growth (CS&G) drive the marketing programs, initiatives, and priority client-facing programs in the U.S. regions. India CSG is focused on quality and operational excellence, constantly challenging and refining its business model to ensure proper support of marketing processes, services, and deliverables in the United States. The mission of CSG is to support, augment, and complement Deloitte's marketing efforts by developing marketing and business development materials and services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in data visualization or business intelligence development
- Experience developing dashboards and reports in Tableau or Power BI
- Experience creating data models and using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for reporting and analysis
- Experience using Power Query to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and extract, transform, and load processes
- Experience developing Power Apps or similar workflow-based business solutions
Preferred:
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools
- Master of Business Administration or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
- Experience creating wireframes for dashboard or analytics solutions
- Experience presenting analysis or recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience managing small engagements or defined portions of large engagements
