We are looking a professional who can independently manages day-to-day digital production across Deloitte.com, social, and email channels, ensuring content quality, timely execution, and alignment with campaign and brand standards. Partners with internal teams, agencies, and third parties to coordinate workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support marketing automation and project delivery.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Digital Production on the Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you will be responsible for:

• Develop, edit, and maintain web pages and sites on Deloitte.com to maximize impact and effectiveness in support of campaign objectives, and create and distribute personalized email communications featuring Deloitte thoughtware, newsletters, webcasts, and events.
• Ensure web, social, and email content meets Deloitte publishing standards through quality review and issue resolution, and lead web production activities such as site audits, process documentation, and template testing to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• Manage marketing automation activities for email campaigns, including forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, and lead scoring, and optimize campaigns through A/B testing and dynamic content personalization while supporting display across devices and email clients.
• Anticipate delivery risks and implement practical solutions to keep work on track, coordinate integration work with web developers, agencies, and external partners, and identify gaps between wireframe prototypes and the production template system.
• Serve as a resource on social and email best practices, standards, and publishing requirements; guide digital specialists; develop training materials; assist with training sessions; and monitor industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Support team management activities including recruitment, performance management, stakeholder management, onboarding, coaching, handling difficult conversations, and managing projects, resource utilization, and delivery within scope and quality standards.

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a specified technical field.
• 7-9 years of experience in content management, web development, digital production, or marketing automation.
• Experience using content management, digital publishing, or marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Adobe Experience Manager, or Sprinklr.
• Experience using web technologies such as HyperText Markup Language 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, or Bootstrap.
• Experience using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) for digital publishing.
• Experience using Workfront for workflow coordination, asset management, or project tracking.
• 2+ years of experience leading a team of 6-8 professionals.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting search engine optimization (SEO), paid media, or social media publishing.
• Experience creating forms, landing pages, segmentation, workflows, or lead scoring in a marketing automation platform.
• Experience conducting A/B testing or dynamic content personalization for digital campaigns.
• Experience preparing process documentation, training materials, or onboarding materials.
• Experience coordinating with user experience/user interface (UX/UI) teams on digital production requirements.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
