Work you'll do
As a Specialist Executive Manager, Talent Development on the USI Tax Growth & Development team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning solutions that align development priorities with business goals across US and USI Tax.
- Lead the planning and execution of learning programs across multiple career levels and high-priority initiatives.
- Conduct learning needs assessments, identify curriculum gaps, define learning objectives, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Design and deliver technology-enabled learning experiences that support continuous development across the talent lifecycle.
- Use data and program insights to measure impact, improve learner engagement, and inform learning strategy decisions.
- Collaborate with US and USI stakeholders, peer teams, and learning organizations to align development priorities and execute multi-year capability-building plans.
- Lead team members and manage learning operations, including budget planning, forecasting, and delivery coordination.
The team
The USI Tax Growth & Development team partners with Tax leaders and Talent stakeholders to design and deliver learning experiences that build capability across the talent lifecycle. The team focuses on business-aligned, human-centered development solutions that strengthen technical, professional, and leadership skills. This role works closely with US and USI stakeholders to align learning priorities, scale effective programs, and support a consistent learner experience.
Location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Pune
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years of experience in learning and development
- Experience leading planning and execution of learning programs across multiple career levels
- Experience conducting needs assessments and translating findings into learning objectives and learning solutions
- Experience designing and delivering technology-enabled learning solutions
- Experience using data to evaluate program effectiveness and drive program improvements
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, talent, and cross-functional teams
Preferred:
- Experience in content design and curation
- Experience leading teams
- Experience using a consultative approach with business stakeholders or clients
- Experience collaborating with US and India stakeholders
- Experience managing learning budgets or forecast planning
- Experience applying adult learning theory or human-centered design in learning programs
