As a Project Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Dallas, TX or Cleveland, OH.

The Project Manager III leads complex, cross-functional initiatives that support Enterprise Information Security (EIS) strategic initiatives and organization objectives. This role is accountable for the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, performance monitoring, financial oversight, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, effectively collaborating with stakeholders across multiple lines of business and technology teams to drive alignment, manage dependencies, and achieve project goals. Exceptional communication skills, and strong financial acumen to support informed decision-making, ensure successful project delivery and business value outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of medium to large-scale projects and strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining project momentum.
• Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
• Facilitate collaboration across technical and business teams to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and successfully implemented.
• Leverage data insights and reporting to support project planning, prioritization, and performance measurement.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, financial reports, and budget analyses.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and results-oriented performance.
• Influence decision-making by presenting project data, financial analysis, and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating complex information into meaningful business insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of project status, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, financial forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience supporting data-centric or technology-related initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical, operational, and executive audiences.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 – $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
