Operating globally, our division encompasses multiple service pillars: Securities Operations, SwapClear and Listed Rates Operations, Onboarding Operations, Collateral Management, Client Services, Regulatory Reporting, and Market Data. We partner with internal and external stakeholders to deliver resilient, innovative, and competitive clearing solutions that mitigate risk and maximize value.

Role description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Associate to join our Onboarding Operations team in Manila—a strategic location established to support LCH’s global growth alongside London, New York, Sydney, and Singapore.

As a Senior Associate, you will serve as the primary liaison for members, clients, and investment counterparties during their onboarding journey. You will ensure a seamless and positive experience from initial application through successful launch and ongoing annual maintenance. This role demands precision, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage complexity in a dynamic, client-facing environment. You will oversee onboarding for multiple clearing services, including EquityClear, ForexClear, RepoClear, SwapClear, and SwapAgent.

Key responsibilities:

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for new members, clients, and counterparties—ensuring timely, accurate execution and exceptional client service.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and proactive communication on requirements, timelines, and risks.

• Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve issues quickly, escalate when needed, and maintain accurate data across systems.

• Risk & Compliance: Validate critical instructions, maintain membership documentation, and support regulatory reporting requirements.

• Process Improvement: Review and refine onboarding procedures, implement system enhancements, and support testing for new tools and automation.

• Training & Knowledge Sharing: Provide training on our Salesforce community platform and facilitate internal sessions to strengthen process knowledge.

• Project Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives and change management efforts that enhance onboarding and client servicing capabilities.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.

• Experience in financial services, ideally in onboarding, client services, or operations is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Strong data management and system troubleshooting skills.

• Familiarity with clearing systems (Calypso, Murex) and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML) is a plus.
