【職種名】一般事務・営業事務・秘書【業務内容】
・国内外出張に伴う各種手配および旅程調整
・UBS海外オフィスからの来訪者向けアクセスカード、会議室、デスクの手配
・会議・委員会等における資料作成およびデータ準備のサポート
・社内外の会議スケジュール管理および日程調整
・経費精算業務のサポート
・郵便物の仕分け、備品・文具の発注、会議室設営などの庶務業務
・事務リスク管理に関する業務全般
・各種事前承認手続き
・リスク管理レポートの作成
・入社・退職手続きのサポート
・個人情報管理
・社員からの電話およびメールによる問い合わせ対応（日本語・英語）
※担当業務は配属先やポジションにより異なります。
※業務実績および適性に応じて、将来的に正社員登用の可能性があります。
※グローバルな環境のもと、多様な関係者と連携しながら、組織運営を支える重要なサポート業務を担っていただきます。英語力や調整力を活かし、幅広い事務業務に携わることができるポジションです。
