To help us meet our growth plans we are expanding our Marketing team. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and ambitious marketer to work within our Customer Marketing team. The successful candidate will preferably have experience in Life and Pensions, be confident working with many different stakeholders, have lots of energy & enthusiasm, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic work environment.

This role may be available part-time or full time. This is because we want the best people for our roles, and we recognise that sometimes those people aren’t available full-time.  Please talk to us at interview about the flexibility you may need.

About the Role

As a Customer Marketing Assistant, you'll support the delivery of customer marketing campaigns and communications that help customers better understand, engage with and benefit from financial service products.

Working alongside marketing, digital, and other business teams, you'll help deliver campaigns across email, print and digital communications while ensuring all activity meets regulatory and brand requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting a career in marketing who wants to gain experience in financial services.

Key Responsibilites

Campaign Support

• Assist in planning and delivering customer marketing campaigns which aim to grow Zurich’s share of the market in Ireland.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to help prepare insightful briefs to deploy effective advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign schedules and marketing calendars.
• Support the creation, review and approval of campaign assets.
• Participate in ad-hoc marketing/business projects as required.
• Work with multiple distribution partners, manage relationships and ensure our partners deliver support on time and within budget.
• Assist with planning and activation of email marketing campaigns.

Customer Communications

• Draft and proofread customer emails and marketing communications.
• Support production of brochures, guides and customer literature.
• Ensure all communications are clear, accurate and customer friendly.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Relevant third level degree and/or professional marketing qualification.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in TTL integrated campaign planning, gained either on the client side or within a marketing/advertising agency.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite.
• Good understanding of all marketing channels including digital.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Desirable

• Experience using:

• Understanding of financial services or regulated industries

Additional Information

Position is Blackrock based but occasional travel may be required to other Zurich locations.
