Introduction to the job
In our high-tech small production runs, single part and prototype production, you will support us in the high-precision manufacture of optical components, assemblies and systems made of glass, glass ceramics and ceramics.
Role and responsibilities
As a Production Operator in High-Tech Manufacturing, you will:
Apply your skills across various production areas within ASML Berlin, depending on business needs and qualifications
Grind and polish optical or ceramic components with high precision
Assemble and fine-clean components under gray room and cleanroom conditions
Join components into assemblies using processes such as thermal bonding, anodic bonding, gluing, and flame bonding
Operate coating systems and perform lithographic processes including coating, laminating, and exposure
Conduct and evaluate quality control measurements using a variety of measurement systems and equipment
Document measurement results and production data accurately and clean components, tools, auxiliary materials, and packaging using dedicated cleaning equipment
Education and experience
Completed technical vocational training in optics, physics, chemistry, manufacturing, or a comparable technical field
Initial professional experience in a production, manufacturing, or laboratory environment
Experience working in cleanroom environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to work in a shift system, depending on the assigned production area (24/6 or three-shift operation)
Good German language skills

An unserem Standort in Berlin fertigen unsere Mitarbeitendenden Schlüsselkomponenten für die ASML Lithografiesysteme. Als Teil unserer Präzisionsfertigung unterstützt du bei der Produktion optischer Komponenten, Baugruppen sowie Systeme aus Glas, Glaskeramik und Keramik für unsere High-Tech-Kleinserien, Einzelteil- und Prototypenfertigung.
Deine Aufgaben
Als Produktionsmitarbeiter:in in der High-Tech Fertigung wirst du:
Je nach Qualifikation und betrieblichem Bedarf in unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen bei ASML Berlin eingesetzt
Optische oder keramische Bauteile mit hoher Präzision schleifen und polieren
Bauteile unter Grau- und Reinraumbedingungen montieren und feinreinigen
Komponenten durch thermisches Bonden, anodisches Bonden, Kleben oder Ansprengen zu Baugruppen fügen
Beschichtungsanlagen bedienen und lithografische Prozesse wie Belacken, Laminieren und Belichten durchführen
Qualitätskontrollmessungen mit unterschiedlichen Messsystemen und Messmitteln durchführen und auswerten
Messergebnisse und Produktionsdaten dokumentieren sowie Bauteile, Werkzeuge, Hilfsmittel und Verpackungen mit dafür vorgesehenen Reinigungsanlagen reinigen
Deine Qualifikation
Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Optik, Physik, Chemie, Fertigungstechnik oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
Erste Berufserfahrung in einer Produktion, Fertigung oder einem Laborumfeld
Erfahrung in der Arbeit unter Reinraumbedingungen
Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft-Office-Anwendungen
Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP im Produktionsumfeld
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtsystem, abhängig vom jeweiligen Einsatzbereich (24/6 oder Dreischichtbetrieb)
Gute Deutschkenntnisse
