Introduction to the job
CSCM Quality Repair Associate Engineer, you will support ASML material repair operations by executing material fix-up and return activities, coordinating packing, using SAP, supporting Purchase Order/Delivery Notice creation, managing ticketing tool updates, and ensuring quality-compliant repair flow. This role is suitable for associate degree graduates who can combine hands-on execution with structured operational follow-up.
Role and responsibilities
- Perform cleanroom work, including product cleaning and packing.
- Execute ASML material fix-up and return activities within CSCM Quality repair operations.
- Coordinate and perform material packing to meet repair and return requirements.
- Use SAP to process repair-related transactions, update material status, and support tracking accuracy.
- Create or support PO/DN preparation and follow-up when required.
- Use the ticketing tool to register, update, monitor, and close repair cases.
- Request packing materials through LRF when needed to support repair and return execution.
- Check material condition, follow quality requirements, and escalate abnormalities or delays.
- Coordinate with logistics, inventory, work centers, and quality stakeholders for timely repair execution..
Education and experience
- Associate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience or internship exposure in repair operations, logistics, material handling, SAP, packing, ticketing tools, inventory control, or quality support is preferred.
- Cleanroom work experience is preferred.
Skills
- Cleanroom work experience, including product cleaning and packing.
- Basic SAP experience or ability to learn system transactions quickly.
- Experience or understanding of logistics, material handling, and repair return processes.
- Ability to follow PO/DN, ticketing tool, and LRF procedures accurately.
- Strong accuracy, process discipline, and attention to detail.
- Basic problem-solving skills to identify and report delays or abnormalities.
- Good communication and teamwork with operational stakeholders.

- This position is part of CSCM Quality and focuses on reliable repair execution, material handling accuracy, packing quality, and structured follow-up of repair and return activities.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
