Introduction
The Customer Quality Care department plays an important role in improving customer satisfaction and supporting the performance of ASML systems at customer locations worldwide. The team coordinates the resolution of customer quality complaints and drives continuous improvement initiatives across multiple stakeholders. During this internship, you will help strengthen project coordination, communication, and process improvement activities that contribute to a better customer experience. You will gain practical exposure to project management in a high-tech, international environment while receiving guidance from experienced professionals. Your assignment
In this role, you will support ongoing improvement initiatives within the Customer Quality Care department. You will work with different stakeholders, contribute to project coordination activities, and help improve communication, reporting, and process effectiveness. There is ample support and coaching available to help you develop the needed skills. Your main responsibilities will be:
Support the coordination and follow-up of customer quality improvement initiatives
Prepare project updates, meeting summaries, and action tracking documentation
Assist with maintaining project standards and process documentation
Contribute to communication materials, presentations, and department visibility activities
Support data analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Participate in cross-functional meetings and stakeholder discussions
Help prioritize and monitor improvement activities within the department portfolio
This is a bachelor or master internship (non-thesis) for a minimum of 5 months, 24 to 40 hours per week (including a minimum of 3 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as soon of possible.
Your profile
To be suitable for the internship, you:
Are pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, project management, industrial engineering, data science, or a related field
Have an interest in project management, continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and quality processes
Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills when working with different stakeholders
Are analytical, proactive, and comfortable learning in a dynamic environment; experience with basic data analysis or data interpretation is considered a plus
Can work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
