Are you a student with excellent organizational skills and a strong interest in the financial industry, looking for an exciting start in Change Delivery at the SIX Swiss Exchange? Our Rollout team, responsible for bringing new trading functionality to our clients are looking forward to hearing from you!
We are seeking a bright, dedicated team player to join SIX as a Working Student. In this role, you will assist the Rollout team with direct client communication and collaborate closely with senior product and project managers. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of stand-alone topics and processes, contributing to their improvement and allowing you to leave your mark on our organization. You will also have the chance to assist and gain a unique insight into the regulatory and approval framework around our client initiatives. For this role, working from the office on Wednesdays is mandatory, while availability on Thursdays is considered an advantage.

What You Will Do
- Take responsibility for approving access to our internal applications and maintaining our Access Management Concept
- Coordinate our Executive Board decisions
- Assist with the coordination of Business Acceptance Testing
- Support the creation of client messages, guides and other externally published documents
- Provide ad hoc administrative support to the team and support the optimization of team processes
What you Bring
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or similar)
- Strong organizational and communication skills with a structured way of working
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in German and English
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
