About This Opportunity

Lloyds Banking Group puts customers at the heart of everything we do and is undergoing one of the UK's largest financial services transformations. Data Management is central to that journey, helping us deliver modern, simplified data capabilities that unlock value, improve decision-making and support better outcomes for our customers.

As a Data Management Manager within the Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) Business Data Office, part of the Client Experience & Data Platform, you'll play a key role in shaping and embedding data management practices across the business. Working closely with business, technology and data teams, you'll help ensure data is governed effectively, aligns with Group standards and regulatory requirements, and is fit for purpose throughout its lifecycle.

Initially, you'll have a particular focus on metadata, improving data governance, controls and risk management while ensuring compliance with Group policies and regulatory requirements. You'll work with teams across CIB and the wider Group to embed consistent data management approaches, strengthen capability and support the delivery of the business's data strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence how data is managed across a complex organisation, working at the intersection of business, technology, risk and regulation while helping shape the future of data management, including the adoption of AI-enabled solutions.
