We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, a regional mutualized hub delivering comprehensive financial services. We cover everything from accounting production and reporting to transformation projects and IT. Based in Madrid and Lisbon, we manage over 250 entities and monitor more than 60% of the Group’s balance sheet.
MISSION
As a Finance Implementation Projects (FIP) Specialist, you will ensure the end-to-end delivery of business and regulatory projects across EMEA. You will act as the bridge between Finance strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems evolve to meet new regulations and business needs. Your work will directly optimize how we measure and control financial indicators globally.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Act as Product Owner for Finance systems, defining the roadmap and business value delivery.
- Lead Finance workstreams in large-scale transformation programs affecting accounting and reporting.
- Design functional specifications and perform impact assessments on data flows and interfaces.
- Coordinate stakeholders across IT, Risk, and Operations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define testing strategies and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure deployment readiness.
- Provide expert support for complex system issues and root-cause analysis in BAU mode.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- More than 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Deep knowledge of banking activities, products, and financial reporting processes.
- Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Business Object).
- Fluency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks under pressure with autonomy.
- Collaborative mindset to interact with various hierarchical levels.
