We are the Infinity EMEA Finance & Strategy Platform, a regional mutualized hub delivering comprehensive financial services. MISSION
As an IT Project Owner – Business Analyst, you will lead the delivery of Local Regulatory Reporting (LRR) solutions. You will combine end-to-end project management with deep analytical design to ensure our systems meet current and future business needs. Your role is critical in translating strategic finance objectives into technical reality, ensuring our reporting remains robust, compliant, and efficient.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Project Leadership: Manage the full project lifecycle, including defining scope, budgets, and resource allocation for transversal IT projects.
- Requirement Engineering: Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and detailed process maps.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Finance business units and the IT organization, ensuring alignment at all levels.
- Delivery Coordination: Coordinate internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance: Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and manage the defect backlog to ensure the highest standards of system quality.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance OR an Engineering degree with strong finance knowledge.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance or Project Management within the banking sector.
- Technical Domain: Proven experience implementing International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Experience as a BA in Finance systems or accounting interfaces is highly preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Jira (or similar Agile tools).
- Languages: Fluent English (B2 minimum) is mandatory; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Soft Skills: The ability to simplify complex data and interact effectively with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
