Junior Specialist TA Cash
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent professional qualification).
- 0‑2 years of experience in securities operations, custody, fund administration, or related banking/financial services role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Service oriented mindset with the ability to respond to client inquiries promptly (within service‑level agreements).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment; open to coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional language proficiency (e.g., French, German) is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily BAU tasks and follow the team’s checklist.
- Monitor the team mailbox and reply to all internal/external queries within 24 hours.
- Produce and distribute daily reports (checklist, KPI, performance metrics).
- Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Track and follow‑up on document receipts to ensure completeness.
- Use phone (and group calls) for proactive communication and rapid issue resolution.
- Keep procedures and checklists up‑to‑date; flag any gaps or discrepancies to management immediately.
- Create/maintain process documentation together with senior colleagues.
- Coach new hires, participate in onboarding of clients/products, and support cross‑departmental teams.
- Escalate system incidents or extraordinary events, attend incident meetings, and drive preventive actions.
