In Zürich we are looking for you to join us in a full-time, permanent position as Senior Institutional Sales Manager Switzerland (all genders) in BNP PARIBAS ASSET MANAGEMENT Switzerland AG.

Senior Institutional Sales Manager (all genders)
Lead the business development strategy and capital raising for BNP Paribas Asset Management liquid solutions (equities, fixed income & multi asset) within the institutional segment (pension funds, insurances, corporates, investment foundations, single family offices) in German speaking Switzerland & Liechtenstein
Maintain a deep knowledge of the local institutional and insurance market structure and identify and monitor market trends and related business opportunities. Shape our local fund offering targeting the institutional client segment across German speaking Switzerland & Liechtenstein. Implement sales, relationship and marketing activities for the institutional client segment to grow the BNPP AM’s institutional client base
Tasks & Responsibilities: What awaits you
- Manage and develop existing business relationships and develop new business relationships with institutional clients and insurers in German speaking Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- Responsible for meeting net new money and net new revenue targets with BNPP AM’s liquid solutions with the institutional client segment
- Establish strategic dialogues with clients and their investment team as well as with other stakeholders with the aim of positioning BNPP AM as an institutional investment management partner and to ultimately develop new strategic partnerships
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with local intermediaries and advisors in collaboration with the global consultant relations management team when relevant
- Manage and coordinate responses to RFPs
- Foster cross-selling opportunities with the team in charge of the Retail & Wealth business and with BNPP AM Alts
Expertise & Soft Skills: What you offer
- Recognized experience in the asset management industry with an existing client network in the institutional and insurance segment across German speaking Switzerland & Liechtenstein
- Extensive experience in selling investment management & structuring services to Swiss institutional clients
- Strong knowledge of the local institutional market, ecosystem and stakeholders
- Proven strong business development attitudes and client relationship management skills
- Excellent product and solution expertise, particularly for Swiss specific asset classes
- Capacity to address the institutional client segment strategically
- Organized and structured, excellent communication skills, capacity to organize effective collaboration among teams, ability to speak to an audience
- Fluent in German and English / French and Italian is a plus
