As a Specialist, you would closely interact with Deloitte's internal stakeholders and support their CRM system and direct email marketing programs, including managing campaign-related data in the CRM and sending internal and external emails using Marketo. As a Specialist, you would lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of marketing automation initiatives using the Marketo platform. This role serves as a subject-matter expert, collaborating across marketing, sales, and IT teams to drive campaign success, enhance lead management processes, and deliver actionable insights to drive business growth.
Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Marketing, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and executing advanced marketing automation workflows, including nurture programs, progressive profiling, behavior-based triggers, tokenized templates, dynamic content, A/B testing, and campaign tracking strategies
- Managing Marketo and Salesforce CRM processes, including data synchronization, field mapping validation, campaign associations, attribution support, SOQL-based data handling, and custom reporting and dashboard creation
- Supporting event and webinar lifecycle activities, including registration workflows, attendee tracking, waitlist automation, QR-based check-in processes, and Cvent-enabled event form management
- Analyzing campaign performance, monitoring deliverability and engagement metrics, maintaining dashboards and KPI reporting, interpreting lead activity data, and identifying optimization opportunities
- Driving platform and process improvements through data hygiene, compliance support, documentation, naming conventions, workflow standardization, and process simplification
- Partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and information technology teams to provide actionable reporting, manage campaign support operations, and contribute to project execution and team capability development
The team
The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in Belgium with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA or master’s degree in Marketing, Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign analytics
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting using advanced Excel, Marketo Analytics, or similar tools
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Marketo Certified Expert certification
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email development and landing page customization
- Strong debugging skills across marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Knowledge of Cvent
- Proficiency in Power BI, SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, and related tools for data analysis
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, including compliance, data privacy, deliverability, and performance optimization
- Experience in B2B marketing or enterprise environments
