What You'll Do
Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
You will lead a team of operations professionals and ensure effective, scalable execution of learning processes, including learner lifecycle management, system integrity, capacity planning, and operational excellence aligned to global L&D priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage LMS operations and end-to-end learner lifecycle
- Influence, align and support senior stakeholders across regions and business partner teams
- Allocate resources and manage capacity planning
- Ensure SLA adherence, KPI performance, and data accuracy
- Act as escalation point for operational and system issues
- Improve workflows and enhance system efficiency
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain system & data integrity and reporting quality
- Support strategic discussions across operations and delivery
You’re Good At
- Managing systems, workflows, and operational processes including LMS
- Ensuring data accuracy, governance and adherence to SLAs
- Handling operational escalations effectively
- Driving efficiency and consistency
- Balancing capacity and demand
- Developing team capability
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of relevant experience in L&D operations, systems, program management, or service environments
- Proven experience managing operational processes, learner lifecycle, or system-driven workflows
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop individuals or small teams in operational environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and ensure process alignment
- Experience working with systems (e.g., LMS) and ensuring data accuracy and process compliance
- Strong organizational and planning skills, including capacity and workload management
- Continuous improvement mindset focused on efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence

You will work with global L&D teams, business stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver and continuously improve learning experiences.
