Our Deloitte Strategy & Transactions team helps guide clients through their most critical moments and transformational initiatives. From strategy to execution, this team delivers integrated, end-to-end support and advisory services covering valuation modeling, cost optimization, restructuring, government operations modernization, business design and transformation, infrastructure and real estate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and sustainability. Work alongside clients every step of the way, helping them navigate new challenges, avoid financial pitfalls, and provide practical solutions at every stage of their journey—before, during, and after any major transformational projects or transactions.
Work You’ll Do
As a Project Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation, on the project, you will:
Support a Federal Health clients AI transformation efforts by leading change management and adoption activities that help complex federal health organizations implement and sustain new AI-enabled tools, processes, and ways of working.
- Provide deep mission expertise and knowledge of the broader global mission and commercial ecosystems by leveraging client specific tools and databases.
- Proactively assess mission requirements and operating environment challenges to identify opportunities, risks, and dependencies while providing meticulous documentation.
- Lead development and execution of strategy artifacts (e.g., strategic plan, implementation plan, governance, decision briefs) to drive alignment and accountability.
- Develop and establish programmatic functions across client environment.
- Collaborate closely with mission teams and client stakeholders

- Ability to operate comfortably across strategy and execution, shaping adoption approaches for senior stakeholders while also ensuring communications, training, engagement, and rollout activities are delivered effectively on the ground., particularly an understanding of how to navigate complex organizations, approval channels, and cross-functional coordination needs

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of experience in/with AI Agents, Change Management, Change Mgmt/Communications/Training, GenAI Adoption and JIRA
- Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Strategy Development and execution experience
- Exposure to emerging trends and technology
- Experience developing programmatic functions and associated governance
- Success in this role depends on building trusted relationships, understanding stakeholder priorities, and translating technical AI initiatives into clear business value, practical adoption plans, and actionable communications that resonate with both leadership and operational teams
- Deep familiarity with the federal health environment is essential
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,700 to $207,800.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
