A Day in the Life
Are you ready to skip the boring career path and grow into something extraordinary? Our L'Oréal SeedZ Management Trainee - Human Relations Program is an 18-month journey where, like a seedling in a nursery, you'll be nurtured, challenged, and supported to bloom into a future leader of Beauty. You won't just observe the business—you'll rotate through it, taking on real missions with real performance objectives at every stage.
- Rotate Across the Business: You will undertake an 18-month rotational program across different business functions, gaining hands-on exposure to key areas of the beauty business
- Own Your Missions: You'll be assigned specific projects for each rotation, complete with performance objectives, giving you real ownership from day one.
- Build Your Foundation: Through on-the-job training and classroom learning, you'll develop both the technical and professional competencies needed to thrive in the Beauty business.
- Grow With Guidance: You will be paired with an assigned Buddy and Mentor who will support and guide you throughout your journey, alongside exposure to our leadership teams.
- Join a Global Community: You'll become part of a whole community of SeedZ Management Trainees from around the world, with the chance to become a young talent ambassador for the Company.
We Are Looking For
We are searching for a future leader with an entrepreneurial spirit and the drive to shape the future of Beauty. Beyond your skills, we want to see your potential and ambition. You're a great fit if you have:
- A graduating Bachelor's/Master's Degree, or a graduate with less than 2 years of work experience.
- A minimum GPA of 3.00 (or equivalent).
- Proficiency in English, with high potential in leadership and management.
- Strong business acumen and excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- An adventurous, driven, entrepreneurial spirit paired with creative problem-solving and an open mind.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undergo program rotations outside of Jakarta.
