About the Role
We’re looking for a Creative Specialist who enjoys developing ideas for social media and transforming strategic briefs into relevant, platform-native content ready for execution.
Someone deeply connected to digital culture, with strong creative judgment and the ability to turn concepts into engaging content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and emerging social channels.
What will your mission be?
To bring creative strategy to life through social content, developing ideas, assets and platform-specific executions while ensuring the final output remains true to the original creative vision.
What are we looking for?
- Around 3-4 years of experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of native formats for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and other social platforms.
- Ability to develop ideas from concept to storyboard and final execution.
- Experience in copywriting and visual storytelling.
- Strong visual judgment and understanding of platform-specific content behaviours.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite or similar.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with strategy, insights, design, production and project management teams.
- Organized, proactive and execution-oriented mindset.
- High level of English, as we work in an international environment.
Responsibilities
- Transform Creative Strategist briefs into creative ideas ready for execution.
- Develop storyboards, scripts, post concepts, copy and visual proposals.
- Create, adapt and optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and other channels.
- Develop content proposals for editorial calendars based on defined content territories.
- Work closely with videomakers to develop short-form video content.
- Adapt content to the formats, codes and behaviours of each platform.
- Ensure final assets are consistent with the creative idea, brand tone and channel requirements.
Technical Requirements
- Experience creating content for brands or clients.
- Strong understanding of social media formats, trends and platform dynamics.
- Ability to write copy and develop visual narratives across channels.
- Experience developing storyboards, scripts and social content concepts.
- Familiarity with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva and Adobe Suite.
