As the Nordic Supply Planner, you act as the crucial link between factories, Demand Planning, Marketing and Sales. The role is a fast-paced, high-impact position focused on balancing product availability with inventory optimization. The role reports to the Nordic Supply Planning Manager.
Key Job Accountabilities:
- Inventory optimization: manage the stock equation to achieve target days of supply.
- Product availability: accountable for product service level, proactively identify “Out of stock” risks and execute mitigation plans.
- Parameter management: regularly set up and update supply planning parameters.
- Excess and obsolete control: monitor slow-moving and obsolete stocks.
- Catalogue management: ensure master data for your assigned portfolio is accurate and up to date.
- Work closely with demand planners, commercial and other stakeholders to align supply capacity.
- Act as the primary contact for factories and subcontractors to negotiate production slots, resolve capacity constraints and prioritize accordingly.
Your Profile:
- You have a master's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in planning roles is a plus.
- You are IT literate with advanced Excel skills.
- You have exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication skills.
- You are proactive, prioritize efficiently, and demonstrate initiative.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to drive action.
- You are flexible and thrive in a dynamic and changing work environment.
