Join our innovative Loyalty team at and work with cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful solutions while collaborating with talented teams in a global environment, as part of a dedicated Competency Center team serving a specific airline customer, with strong ownership of long-term delivery and customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Java-based applications and services.
- Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from development and testing to maintenance and support.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Participate in bug fixing, system maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Continuously explore and adopt new technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Participate in customer interactions to support technical discussions and clarifications.
About the Ideal Candidate
Technical Skills
- Experience developing enterprise software applications using Java and Java Enterprise technologies or comparable technology stacks
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring, or Hibernate is an advantage.
- Experience with Angular is considered an advantage.
- Experience working within Agile development environments (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of multithreaded applications is a plus.
- Understanding of software development best practices and engineering principles.
Skills & Competencies

- Ability to investigate issues, troubleshoot effectively, and deliver practical solutions.
