AsCommercialExcellenceSpecialistyou will be a part of ourNordicCustomer Operations team. You will bepart of a smallteam responsible for theBillto Cash processes, including Business Planning, and the connecting tools(egSalesforceTradePromotionManagement,TradePromotionAnalytics, High Radius).Therolesisahands onrole, in whichyou will beworking closely within theCustomer Operationsteam but also close to the Sales teamand our 3rd party Operations team with the ambition to provide the best experience for ourcustomers.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
AsCommercial ExcellenceSpecialistyourmain responsibility will be to:
Be the owner ofEnd-to-Endprocesses withintheBillto Cash area(e.g.Funds management, Settlements, Pricing, Promotional planning).
Partnercross-functionallyto secureexcellent executionofEnd-to-Endprocesseswithin theareas ofBillto cash.
Ensure smooth operation and collaboration with 3rd partyoperationsteamsand localbusiness teams, includingKPI tracking, root causeanalysisand continuous improvement.
Bea key user of the technology used in the processesand drive usage and best practicesharing.
Performcontrols periodicallyas perUnileverAudit control framework
WHATYOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Tomake the most impact in this role, we think that you
Hold an academicdegreeinSupply Chainmanagement, Businessadministration,ora relatedfield.
1-2 years of experienceofOrder to Cash,Commercialoperations, or relatedareas.
Havegood Business acumen and financial understanding
Canunderstandandworkalongcomplex processes, but at the same time haveattention todetails.
Take ownershipof and lead initiatives for continuous improvement
Value collaborationand havegood communicationskills.
Have aninterestin technology and how it can support theday-to-dayoperations
Strong analytical skillsand experience of working with big data setsto driveprocess improvements.
Experience inMS Office
