Über den Bereich

Die Sub-Domäne 'Accounts & Deposits' entwickelt und steuert Softwarelösungen für zentrale Geschäftsfelder der Bank, insbesondere im Bereich Girokonten, Einlagen und Sparprodukte. Sie trägt die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die Kernprozesse über alle Marken und Vertriebskanäle hinweg. Zum Portfolio gehören unter anderem ZVKK, SAP DM, SAP Hybris, SAP Bank Analyzer sowie der Zinsmarkt. In enger Abstimmung mit PB Transformation, PB Produktmanagement und PB Operations unterstützt die Sub-Domäne 'Accounts & Deposits' die strategischen Ziele im Retailbanking.

Als Lead Engineer arbeitest Du eng mit verschiedenen Teams weltweit zusammen. Du bringst deine SAP-BRIM-Expertise ein und verantwortest das gesamte Application Lifecycle Management einzelner oder mehrerer Anwendungsinstanzen. Zudem unterstützt du bei der Planung und Durchführung von Migrationen von den SAP-Plattformen hin zu Vault Core. Dabei stellst Du sicher, dass die Anwendungen gemäß den IT-Richtlinien der Bank weiterentwickelt und gewartet werden.

Hauptaufgaben

• Entwicklung, Konfiguration und Implementierung von SAP BRIM-Lösungen gemäß Geschäftsanforderungen, sowie Organisation und Durchführung von SAP BRIM Lifecycle Maßnahmen

• Eigenständige Neu- und Weiterentwicklung von Reports, OData Services, SAP CC (Convergent Charging) Charge Plänen, Produkte und Preiskonditionen in SAP Hybris /SAP BRIM

• Übergreifende Unterstützung in der Product Area "Pricing & Analytics“, incl. bei Vendor Risk Management und Contract Management Prozessen

• Unterstützung bei Planung und Durchführung von Migrationen von den SAP Plattformen hin zu Vault Core (Thought Machine)

• Aufwandsschätzung & Budgetplanung

• Bereitstellung von hochqualifiziertem L3-Support zur Analyse und Behebung komplexer Störungen und zur Sicherstellung des Betriebs

Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen

• Universitätsabschluss mit relevanter Berufserfahrung

• Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der SAP-Systeme, insbesondere SAP BRIM und SAP S/4HANA

• Tiefes Verständnis der Application Management und Technologie-Management

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse von TERAM, JIRA und Confluence

• Bereitschaft zum Erlernen neuer Technologien und Einarbeitung in neue Backend Plattformen im Rahmen der Core Bank Modernisierung (PB TOM)

• Starke und empathische Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse; gute Deutschkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Details of the role and how it fits 

The sub-domain 'Accounts & Deposits' develops and operates software solutions for various business units of the bank, focusing on checking accounts, deposits, and savings products. This includes end-to-end responsibility for the central, related processes across all brands and channels. ZVKK, SAP DM, SAP Hybris, SAP Bank Analyzer, and the interest rate market are parts of the application portfolio. The sub-domain works closely with PB Transformation, PB Product Management, and PB Operations to support the strategic goals of the retail bank.

As a Lead Engineer, you will work closely with diverse teams worldwide. You will contribute your SAP BRIM expertise and take ownership of the entire Application Lifecycle Management for one or multiple application instances. Additionally, you will support the planning and execution of migrations from SAP platforms to Vault Core, ensuring that all applications are enhanced and maintained in accordance with the bank's IT policies.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and implement SAP BRIM solutions in line with business requirements, including the organization and execution of SAP BRIM lifecycle activities

• Independently develop and enhance reports, OData services, SAP CC (Convergent Charging) charge plans, products, and pricing conditions in SAP Hybris / SAP BRIM

• Provide cross-functional support within the “Pricing & Analytics” Product Area, including Vendor Risk Management and Contract Management processes

• Support the planning and execution of migrations from SAP platforms to Vault Core (Thought Machine)

• Contribute to effort estimation and budget planning

• Provide highly qualified L3 support to analyze and resolve complex incidents and ensure operational stability

Your skills and experiences

• University degree with relevant professional experience.

• In-depth understanding of SAP systems, particularly SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA

• Deep understanding of Application Management and Technology Management

• Excellent knowledge of TERAM, JIRA, and Confluence.

• Willingness to learn new technologies and familiarize yourself with new back-end platforms as part of Core Bank Modernization (PB TOM)

• Strong and empathetic communication skills

• Excellent proficiency in English; good German is an advantage
