Job Description
Are you passionate about building long-term business relationships and helping strategic partners grow? AXA Partners is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to maintain and develop relationships with our corporate partners across the Czech Republic and Slovakia.In this role, you will work with a broad portfolio of insurance and assistance solutions, including travel insurance, home and motor assistance, health insurance and assistance, legal and cyber protection, and consumer lifestyle protection products. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen existing partnerships, identify new business opportunities through cross-selling and upselling, and contribute to the continued growth of AXA Partners in the region.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners across the Czech Republic and Slovakia
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the existing client portfolio
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and AXA Partners, ensuring excellent customer experience
- Lead the implementation of new products and solutions with business partners
- Organize and lead regular business review meetings to evaluate partnership performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ businesses, needs, and market segments
- Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for further partnership development
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Support the development of profitable, long-term partnerships in line with AXA Partners’ sales strategy
- Act in accordance with AXA Partners values and company standards
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or a similar field
- University degree in Economics, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), native in Czech
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Strong relationship management and customer-oriented mindset
- Analytical thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborative approach with a focus on win-win solutions
- Innovative mindset and willingness to continuously learn and develop
