Work you'll do
As a Specialist Deputy Manager, Talent Acquisition on the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for supporting campus recruiting strategy and execution across aligned hiring programs.
- Manage end-to-end campus recruiting activities, including hiring rosters, campus events, candidate selection, offers, and internship-to-full-time conversion support
- Build and maintain relationships with campuses, Training and Placement Officers, student organizations, and internal stakeholders to support hiring goals
- Plan and execute recruiting events, presentations, interviews, and assessment processes in coordination with business leaders, vendors, and recruiting teams
- Monitor recruiting data, reporting, budgets, and process metrics to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and data accuracy across recruiting systems
- Support strategic campus initiatives, including school outreach, brand-building activities, stakeholder communications, interviewer enablement, and special projects
The team
Our Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of these, we work with our business leaders to develop, implement and execute successful recruiting programs, learning and development initiatives, strategic performance management and deployment assignments, health and wellness programs and effective reporting and analytics.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM / 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent degree
- 7-8 years of experience in campus hiring, university recruiting, or graduate recruitment
- Experience managing end-to-end campus recruiting processes, including events, interviews, offers, and candidate communications
- Experience building relationships with campuses, Training and Placement Officers, or student organizations
- Experience using recruiting systems, reports, or dashboards to track hiring activity and maintain data accuracy
- Experience supporting recruiting strategy, process improvement, or campus hiring program management
- Experience preparing and delivering recruiting presentations, event materials, or stakeholder updates
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting for a professional services organization
- Experience supporting internship programs and full-time conversion planning
- Experience coordinating with vendor partners for assessments or recruiting operations
- Experience managing campus hiring budgets or event spend
- Experience supporting multiple hiring tracks, including business and engineering campuses
- Experience developing campus engagement or go-to-campus plans
