Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills
- Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered
· 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years of production Python and a compiled language (Go or Java) for infrastructure-grade services
· Hands-on experience building with LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Claude SDK.
· Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or comparable tool-use / integration patterns
· Experience with AWS Bedrock managed services (Bedrock Agents, Action Groups, Knowledge Bases, Guardrails) or equivalent cloud AI services
· Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or OpenSearch), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and secure API design
· Demonstrated experience building automated testing/evaluation pipelines and guardrails for LLM or ML systems
· Track record of building internal developer tooling, CLI tools, automation, or data pipelines
· Good understanding of CI/CD, Docker and containerization.
· Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Education:
· BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
