A Day in the Life As our Counter Manager at Myer Highpoint, you will lead our designer fragrance counter, reporting to the Area Manager to deliver ultimate luxury experiences.
- Counter Leadership: Drive retail sales targets and manage daily counter operations.
- Team Coaching: Guide and inspire your team to deliver top-tier luxury service.
- Customer Experience: Share your fragrance expertise to build lasting client relationships.
- Merchandising: Maintain high-standard counter presentation and stock alignment.
We Are Looking For You are an inspiring retail leader with a genuine enthusiasm for luxury fragrances and a talent for customer service.
- Experience in retail counter management or beauty consultation.
- Strong skills in Retail / Trade Activation to drive in-store events.
- Proficiency in Account Management to foster relationships with department store partners.
- Excellent communication and team-building capabilities.
- Deep Category Expertise in fine fragrances.
