What you will do
The qualified candidate will be an integral part in the continued success and growth of the Service Department. This position requires a high energy level with a focus toward customers and a strong desire to succeed. Good organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills are required. Scheduling general service calls, preparing and invoicing service calls.
Responsible for the timely and accurate performance of the full range of tasks described below:
· To handle internal or external helpdesk queries through calls or emails.
· Ensure SLA’s & KPI are meet.
How you will do it?
· Ensure timely and accurate reply to the queries received with proper resolution
· Maintain track of all queries received
· Analysing the queries received, ensuring the accurate & relevant response
· Respond to a variety of vendor inquiries via telephone and email
· Ensure proper compliance to operational processes and procedures
· Ensure proper documentation of issues & maintin all the required trackers
· Promote and demonstrate a commitment to quality and timely processing of assigned tasks.
· Adhere to department performance metrics as directed by management
· Abides by department policies and procedures, SOP’s/ Work instruction, including SOX controls.
· Escalates any highly important internal or external communication to Department Supervisor/Manager, including critical system or supplier issues.
· Assists in training new personnel.
What we look for
This is an entry-level position that requires the following experience:
- 3 to 5 year experience in PTP end to end process
- B.com / BBA / MBA / M.Com
- Fluent English (Verbal and written)
- Self starter who is performance and quality oriented
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Distinctive customer orientation and interact courteously with customers
- Flexible work style and ability to work under pressure
- Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
