Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with 6-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using React.js and Node.js. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to architect solutions, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence.

This role requires hands-on experience building modern web applications, developing secure and scalable APIs, working with cloud-native technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile environments. The candidate will play a key role in application design, development, deployment, performance optimization, and production support.

Frontend Development:

• Design and develop scalable, responsive, and reusable UI components using React.js.
• Develop rich user interfaces using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend frameworks.
• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, or similar technologies.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate designs into high-quality user experiences.

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js/NestJS.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth2, or SSO solutions.
• Design scalable backend architectures capable of handling high-volume transactions.
• Integrate third-party services, enterprise applications, and cloud-native solutions.

Architecture & Technical Leadership:

• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technology evaluations.
• Establish coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.
• Conduct design reviews and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance across teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and production issues.

Database & Cloud Engineering:

• Design and optimize database schemas and data models.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server.
• Implement caching and performance optimization strategies.
• Develop and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

DevOps & Quality Engineering:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Participate in containerization and orchestration initiatives using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
• Ensure applications meet security, scalability, and reliability requirements.
• Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Agile Delivery:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and engineering best practices.

Experience:

• 6-10 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with React.js.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience with Node.js development.
• Strong experience designing and developing enterprise-grade web applications.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience working with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices.
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with GraphQL.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Experience building serverless applications.
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience implementing secure coding practices and application security standards.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK, or Prometheus.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Prior experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
