Key Responsibilities:
The Director of Creative will serve as the visionary leader for our creative department. You will be responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, development, and execution of high-impact branding strategies and advertising campaigns. Your goal is to bridge the gap between business objectives and creative excellence, leading a multi-disciplinary team of designers, copywriters, and art directors to build iconic brand identities and driving consumer engagement through cutting-edge storytelling.
1. Creative Vision & Strategy:
- Define and uphold the creative vision for the brand(s) across all touchpoints.
- Translate business goals into actionable creative strategies and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
2. Team Leadership & Mentorship:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of creative professionals (Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, etc.).
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and creative risk-taking.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for professional growth within the team.
3. Campaign & Brand Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end creative process, from initial brief and ideation to final production and delivery.
- Ensure all creative outputs are consistent with the brand’s voice, visual identity, and long-term positioning.
- Direct the creation of 360-degree advertising campaigns across digital, social, video, print, and out-of-home (OOH) channels.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Project Oversight:
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to align creative output with commercial objectives.
- Manage creative budgets, resource allocation, and external agency/freelance relationships.
- Present and "sell" creative concepts to executive stakeholders, providing rationale grounded in strategic intent.

- Base location: Bengaluru
- Education: Professional Qualification - B.E./B.Tech/MCA/MBA/MS
- This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations.
