USI-EH27-Consulting- Product Management - Senior Product Specialist
senior · Technology / Software Development
About the Role
Deloitte is looking for a hands-on product manager – Senior Consultant to own a product end-to-end within Deloitte Consulting Products. Based in US-India (USI Office), you'll own the day-to-day of a product built for the US market—running discovery, shaping the roadmap, and working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering and design to ship value clients actually use.
This is a builder's role at its core. You're the strongest product craftsperson on your product: closest to the user, closest to the backlog, and accountable for the outcomes it delivers. You'll work with US-based product owners, sponsors, and offering leaders to stay grounded in the market you're building for.
Key Responsibilities
Own Your Product
• Own the roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for your product, turning priorities into a clear plan of what to build next
• Make the day-to-day prioritization and trade-off calls, sequencing work by value, effort, and readiness
• Define and track the metrics that show it's working: adoption, engagement, retention, impact
• Know when something isn't working—flag it early and make the case to change course or stop
Discover & Validate
• Run discovery to understand your users and the problems worth solving, partnering with US product owners, sponsors, and offering leaders
• Frame and test hypotheses through user research, prototypes, and rapid validation before building at scale
• Use both generative and evaluative research to answer “are we building the right thing?” and “are we building it right?”
Ship as One Team
• Take features and products from concept through define, shape, build, and scale
• Own the product backlog: write clear problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and keep it groomed and prioritized
• Work as one team with engineering and UX—sprint planning, reviews, and the daily calls that keep delivery moving
• Own launch, adoption, and iteration; instrument the product and act on what the data shows
• Work in an AI-native way, using AI and agentic workflows across discovery, build, and delivery to move faster without cutting corners
Clients & Go-to-Market
• Stay close to clients—join demos, discovery sessions, and feedback conversations, and turn what you hear into the roadmap
• Support go-to-market with product marketing, sales, and account teams: positioning, demos, and enablement
• Stay fluent in the US market realities that shape your product: data privacy, SaaS vs. on-prem
Work Across the Network
• Partner with Deloitte Consulting Delivery and Practice teams across India to align your product with delivery capacity and real client needs, and be the go-to for questions on your product
Reporting Relationships
Reports to a Manager of Product Management. Works as one team with engineering and UX, partners with US-based product owners, sponsors, and offering leaders, and collaborates with GTM, account, and Deloitte Consulting Delivery and Practice teams across India.

• Fluent in discovery and validation—user research, hypotheses, prototypes—not just delivery
• Comfortable client-facing, including product demos and discovery with senior stakeholders
• Based in India, able to work virtually with US stakeholders on US-market direction and its nuances
Preferred
• Seasoned as a Product Owner in an agile / Scrum environment
