What You'll Do
Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
You will support the smooth delivery of virtual, hybrid, and in-person learning events by executing defined delivery processes, providing real-time learner support, and ensuring sessions run professionally and on time.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery of live learning sessions (virtual, hybrid, in-person)
- Prepare session logistics, materials, and communications
- Provide real-time participant support and troubleshoot common issues
- Coordinate with faculty/presenters on schedules and session readiness
- Complete session close-out tasks (attendance capture, feedback links, follow-ups)
- Escalate risks, issues, and exceptions promptly
You’re Good At
- Following established playbooks and checklists with high accuracy
- Clear, timely communication with participants and presenters
- Staying calm and service-minded in live environments
- Managing details and deadlines reliably
- Learning new tools and processes quickly
What You'll Bring
- 1–3 years relevant experience in coordination, operations, or customer service
- Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Comfort using collaboration and virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom/Teams)
- Ability to work across time zones as needed
Who You'll Work With
You will work closely with L&D Delivery Coordinators/Stakeholders,, faculty/presenters, vendors, and learners globally to support session readiness and participant experience.
