Team in Hungary supports not only Hungary but also cluster and global level requests, where each member of the team has a direct influence on client experience as well as Citi’s branding. In a day-to-day business, team solves complex queries/requests of clients, which are great assets for self-development of each member of the team.
What you will do
- Communicate with local and global clients via various channels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline processes for the benefit of clients as well as strengthen controls to mitigate risk
- Responsible for customer documentation, review, validation and system setups
- Demonstrate high level of diligence, motivation and organizational skills
- Focus on timely and accurate delivery of all account opening functions
- Daily management of in-process and service related activities, ensuring documentation requirements are clearly defined to support all scenarios and maintenance requirements
- Ensure consistent delivery of high quality service to customers and internal partners through meeting or exceeding customer expectations guided by service level agreements and efficiency/accuracy standards
What we will need from you
- Previous experience in financial services preferred
- Knowledge of bank products in the scope of opening and maintaining of bank accounts Customer communication experience (internal/external) would be an asset
- Highly motivated, persistent, and able to work in a structured, high volume, time sensitive, high-risk environment
- Fast learner with strong attention to detail, and willingness to go the extra mile
- Proficient knowledge of English, additionally proficient knowledge of Bulgarian, Czech, Romanian or Slovak is a strong plus (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
