A Day in the Life: You will drive scientific influence and medical prescription for L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Vietnam.
- KOL & Advocacy: Map and build strategic partnerships with key medical influencers, dermatologists, and learned societies.
- Medical Events & Training: Plan congresses, run advisory boards, and validate scientific communication and training materials.
- Budget & Strategy: Define medical priorities, manage operational budgets, and oversee medical representatives' action plans.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and training teams to maximize brand visibility.
We Are Looking For We seek an experienced scientific relations professional with a degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Science, and professional fluency in English and Vietnamese.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Customizing scientific dialogue with doctors to drive recommendation.
- Scientific Communication: Translating clinical data into impactful medical messaging.
- Strategic Planning: Managing budgets, P&L, and commercial medical priorities.
- Collaborative Leadership: Working cross-functionally to align local execution with global strategies.
