A Day in the Life
As the Product Manager, you will drive O+O (Online + Offline) growth of our pioneering dermocosmetic brand, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
- Strategic Planning & Portfolio: Define local marketing strategies, manage product launches, pricing, and category forecasting.
- 360° Brand Communication: Lead integrated campaigns across media, advocacy, and social content to build brand equity.
- Digital Activation: Optimize the online consumer journey, driving digital campaigns and analyzing ROI.
- Budget & Collaboration: Manage A&P budgets and collaborate with retail, education, and logistics teams.
We Are Looking For
You are an entrepreneurial marketer with a strong analytical mindset and a deep affinity for the skincare and beauty industry.
- Brand Management: Proven expertise in product positioning and portfolio mix.
- Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of media touchpoints and campaign optimization.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate consumer insights into business growth.
- Collaborative Leadership: Excellent communication skills to unite cross-functional teams.
