- 1–3 years of experience managing 3PL and logistics for retail or eCommerce operations
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English and Korean, both written and spoken
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience in fashion, retail, or luxury brands is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, or a related field
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners
- Flexible, positive, and adaptable to change
