Are you passionate about healthcare services, customer experience, and project coordination? Allianz Ayudhya is looking for a Specialist - Health Solutions & Care Coordination to support the development and delivery of innovative health solutions while ensuring seamless coordination between healthcare providers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting health service initiatives, coordinating with hospitals and partners, monitoring service performance, and helping deliver an exceptional healthcare experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of health solution initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate with participating hospitals, healthcare providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Provide first-line support to healthcare providers and customers, resolving operational issues and queries.
- Escalate complex issues and monitor progress until successful resolution.
- Track operational performance and service quality metrics.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Support customer communication activities and health-related programs.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Health Sciences, or related field.
- Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, customer service, insurance operations, project coordination, or related areas.
- Strongly in analytical, reporting, and presentation skills
Skills & Competencies
- Strong coordination, health-related project and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service excellence.
- Problem-solving and issue-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage.
