About Swiss Re's Graduate Programme for Early-Career Talent 

We’re looking for intellectually curious, motivated early-career talent who are completing or have recently completed a bachelor’s degree and want to grow, learn, and make a difference. In the US, this opportunity is designed primarily for recent undergraduate talent, though candidates with relevant master’s or doctoral degrees may also be considered. If you have no more than three years of professional experience and fit this description, please apply for our rotational Swiss Re Graduate Programme, which starts Fall 2027.

About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst in the Graduate programme, you will develop a 360° view of Property & Casualty Reinsurance Finance while contributing across the financial reporting and performance management value chain.
Your responsibilities will include:

As part of the Financial Analyst Program, you will join a community of early-career talent and experienced professionals across Armonk, Bangalore, Singapore, Zurich, and other locations worldwide. About You:

 To be successful in this role you will have:  

 

The base salary for this role is $70,000. Candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for a higher base compensation. Please note that the compensation details listed reflects the base salary only, and does not include short-and long-term incentives or other benefits offered.
